Know your Numbers

The first step is to contact your bank or mortgage broker so that you have the full picture of your options. You will want to know in advance if there will be payout penalties on your current mortgage if you pay it out before its term is up. With mortgage rules constantly changing it is also important to know what mortgage rates are in place and how much you can qualify for to put towards a new home.  These numbers will determine whether a move at this time is economically prudent.  Your bank or mortgage broker are able to give you all your options to make the transition as smooth as possible.

With a background in fashion design and working for Holt Renfrew in Vancouver as a stylist I am able to advise my clients on how to get their home looking its best. I provide soft staging for my clients which includes arranging furniture to maximize space and functionality. In some cases I provide décor for photo shoot day so it enhances your home’s overall look. Another service that I provide to all my clients is having professional photos taken.

Marketing Your Home

This is where I get to show off all your hard work! Marketing your property to the public through MLS, social media, broker tours and open houses is going to generate showings. When buyers view your home and it is show worthy, it elevates your home from the rest. I also have pre-qualified buyers that I can reach out to if your home fits their criteria.

The Negotiation

This is the final step that will get you moving onto your next chapter. When you receive an offer we will go over it in depth and review the most current comparable homes that have sold so we have an educated approach when countering and closing the deal. This can be a very emotional time but the reality is in the facts and that is how I am able to negotiate for you and get you the most money for your home.
